Q: The knee pad only heating in a short time
A: The knee pad is in red color automatically when you turn on it. You can press the button 3 times, the color of the button from red color — white color — blue color — red color. Then it will keep on in red color mode.

How to Use – (1) When connected to power, the button will briefly flash red and white before turning off. (2) To turn it on, press and hold the button for 5 seconds until it begins flashing red, then it starts heating.(3) After warming up for more than 5 minutes, the temperature will automatically switch to the middle setting (LED white).(4) You can adjust the heat level anytime, and to turn it off, press and hold the button for 5 seconds.
Notification – Connect to a 5V 2A power socket when in use, as there is no lithium battery in the knee heating pad. If connected to a phone power socket (5V, 1A), it will not supply sufficient power.
Multiple Occasions – Suitable for travel or indoor use. You can plug it into a wall outlet or car USB port. It does not have a built-in battery and cannot be charged.
