Instructions for use:

1. 3. Time setting: In normal time display, press the MODE button three times, you will see the seconds flashing, press the SPLIT button (left button) once, you will see the minutes flashing, then press the START button (right button) to adjust the minutes, press the SPLIT button (left button) once, you will see the hours flashing, then press the START button (right button) to adjust the hours, press the SPLIT button (left button) once, you will see the days flashing, then press the START button (right button) to adjust the days, do this, and after adjusting the months and weeks, press the MODE button to exit.

4. Alarm switch: Press and hold RESET and then press START/STOP!
